Flat Healds are manufactured by using Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel Flat Wire. The thread eye angle is maintained at 30° ± 5° to the right Z direction, The Healds are used with thread eyes in centre or 10 mm above the centre. The edges of the wire and thread eyes are highly polished so warp yarn can move easily without filamentation resulting in good Heald performance and long life |
